Franck is the Founder and CEO of Dunmor. Previously, Franck managed Aerium Group (London, UK) and led the 2004 launch of the pan-European investment fund platform with a total investment volume of over €12 billion. In 2008, Franck also launched Aeriance, a real estate debt fund originatingover €2.5 billion of loans. With over 27 years in real estate investment, finance and asset management in North America and Europe, Franck's previous posts include First Vice President of NYSE-listed real estate investment company W.P. Carey, and Senior Vice President at REM Finance. Under Franck's leadership, REM completed over $1.5 billion worth of multi-family apartments acquisitions in the US. Franck earned a BA in Economics and Finance and an MSc from Université de Paris X before earning an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Franck currently serves in the board of NYU Stern, the Cleveland Clinic and the real estate advisory board of Stanhope Capital.

Andy serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Dunmor. He is responsible for the oversight ant implementation of Dunmor's proprietary and industry-leading leads generation system. He previously served as the Head of Business Strategy and Analytics at CoreVest with emphasis on revenue generation strategies. Prior to joining CoreVest, he was Vice President of Business Strategy and Analytics at Genesis Capital and was heavily involved in the firm's recapitalization process and the eventual sale to Goldman Sachs. Andy earned a BA in Business Management, Finance from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University.

Cho-Nan Tsai serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Dunmor. He is a seasoned technology entrepreneur in Fintech (financial technology). He is an expert in online lending, payment, credit card issuance and blockchain. Earlier in his career, he managed tech projects at Fortune 500 companies across verticals such as Social Media, Mobile Advertising, and Digital Entertainment. More recently, he has bootstrapped and raised millions of dollars for a number of startups, growing these businesses quickly using technology and multiplying exponentially their revenues year over year. Most recently, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Camino Financial where he was accountable for data, technology infrastructure and information security at this online lending company. Cho-Nan earned a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and a MS degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Mary-Jo serves as Chief People Officer at Dunmor, where she leads all of the HR strategy and operations for the company She has served as EVP of HR at Hawke Media and was SVP of HR for Wells Fargo Capital Finance, a global $45B lending division within Wells Fargo. During her time at Wells Fargo, highlights included leading cross functional HR teams through multiple M&A activity with GE Capital, Burdale, and Wachovia Bank that successfully integrated people, cultures, and businesses. Prior to her time at Wells Fargo, she was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International and an Employee Relations Manager at Fidelity Investments, working in Boston and in London. Mary-Jo earned a BA in Business Administration from Providence College and a MSW from Boston College.

John serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dunmor, where he leads all aspects of Operations for the Company. John’s expertise expands from high-volume mortgage production, trading and servicing business operations. He has held numerous senior executive positions in large established mortgage banking companies, providing oversight to 1,000 employees nationwide. John previously served as EVP at Selene Finance and held the position of Chief Servicing Officer at BSI Financial. Prior to that he was SVP Portfolio Management at PIMCO. He has held other leadership roles at Fremont Investment & Loan, First American Title, Indymac and Wells Fargo. John earned his AA in Business Administration and Economics at University of Iowa.
